Bhairavi a stranger women decides to help Raja and offers him money but she is not whom she claims.Raja realizes a man chasing him frequently and follows him only to realize that he is grandfather (Ganagaraju) of Bhairavi who was old royal guard of Gangadevi who once belonged to royal family.Ganagaraju tells him that Kanakaraju is responsible for the current state of Gangadevi as Kanakaraju married her by availing black magic powers and looted all her fortunes and framed him for the same. After finding the truth Raja goes to Kanakaraju mansion with Bhairavi and his friends in a deep forest. But upon reaching he finds from the trapped ward boy that Kanakaraju has already passed away and it is his greedy spirit controlling everything in the mansion.
